The data controller is Born2bPlayer, reachable at info.born2bplayer@gmail.com.

What data we process

This is a static website: it requires no registration, uses no analytics and does not profile visitors. The only personal data processed is:

  • Email address for the newsletter — only if you voluntarily subscribe to the quarterly newsletter by ticking the consent box.
  • Technical browsing data — the hosting provider (Netlify) may temporarily process IP addresses in technical logs, for security and service delivery purposes.
  • Data processed by YouTube — only if you choose to load an embedded video (see the Cookie Policy).

Quarterly newsletter

  • Purpose: sending a quarterly newsletter about news in the tabletop RPG field.
  • Legal basis: explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected through a non-preticked box and confirmed via double opt-in.
  • Processor: the service is managed through Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which processes data under Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU.
  • Retention: until consent is withdrawn. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, or by writing to us.

Your rights

Under articles 15-22 GDPR you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info.born2bplayer@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

The newsletter is reserved for people aged 16 or older.
